All furniture provided by Sandpiper comes at no cost to you. There are no additional or hidden fees. We receive our revenue from corporate clients who will be staying at the house.

Who will stay at my property? Will I be able to approve their stay?

Only verified business travelers will stay at your house from one week to one month. At present we see traveling nurses and doctors staying at our properties. To respect our guest’s privacy we are unable to share their identity with you.

Will there be parties or large crowd gatherings at my place?

We do not offer a single-night stay or any kind of large gatherings or parties to ensure your property is safe. We only allow business travelers for week-to-month stays.

How do showings work when someone is occupying the property?

Our guests are fully aware that the property is for sale. We will set a day and time reserved for showings. There will be no one occupying the property during that day and our cleaning crew will ensure that the house is sparkling clean and showing ready for potential buyers.
