Sandpiper came to life to solve a problem during a pandemic. To provide housing to doctors and nurses during a pandemic, we worked with homeowners to convert their vacant houses for sale into furnished rentals. We found a way for homeowners to create an income. Homeowners were able to pay the mortgage, tax, insurance, and utility bills every month while their house was still for sale.

Next came home buyers. Some of our prospective buyers asked if they could stay at a house before buying. So we created a “test drive your future home program”. This is a story of how the best realtors, engineers, and innovators came together to solve a problem.
