How it works?
Our team of interior designers will assess your house and craft a unique style suitable to furnish your house.
Based on your location and home condition, our system will generate an offer for monhly lease. We only do month-to-month leases, so no need to worry about getting locked in for a year.
We will furnish your home & our professional photographers will take pictures.
While your home is actively listed, you will open doors for our verified renters who will stay from for one month at a time.
You can still show your house to prospective buyers. We will handle coordination for showings to a potential buyer.
You will get a check from Sandpiper every month. Once your home is sold, our movers will take care of removing furniture from your house.
